Latest batch of Red Devils ready to go! I've added a mortar team and several of the plastics I've being working on. I do like plastic figures, not just because of the price difference but it's amazing how they can be mixed and matched! The poses can be frustrating at times but once you get the knack of putting them together well the sky is the limit. Now Warlord Games have come on massively with their plastic sets, just compare some of the early kits to the more recent releases. Look at some of the other manufacturers! Gripping Beast, Perry, fireforge and Victrix they all contribute to the growing number of plastic sets.
So on to the figures!
Mortar team
The mortar team, a bit more support for tricky situations.
The plastic figures
The plastics are a bit chunkier but blend in nicely enough with the metals
The plastic set includes Brens, rifles and sten guns. To start with I wasn't keen on the rifle slings but they certainly add that bit more detail.
There is a good selection of sten guns and the bayonet is a nice touch IMHO.
Finally a group shot of my latest additions, I may take a break from the Red Devils but you never know! Anything is possible?
So thanks for looking, feel free to comment and catch you all soon
Cheers for now Russ
More great work on these Red Devils, Russ!
